This Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made to Kramate Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for enrollment, training, internship, or placement services offered under our brand Job Guarantee Program (“Program”).
By making any payment to the Company — online, offline, or through any authorized representative — you (“student”, “candidate”, or “user”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
1.1 All payments made to Kramate Private Limited for the Job Guarantee Program are to be completed through authorized and secure payment channels provided by the Company.
1.2 The fee amount, structure, and applicable taxes (GST or otherwise) are clearly mentioned in the official enrollment documents or invoices shared with the candidate.
1.3 Payment can be made through UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or any approved digital mode.
1.4 Once a payment is made, it confirms your acceptance of:
1.5 The payment made is for program access, training resources, mentorship, digital content, and operational services, not merely for job placement.
2.1 All payments made to Kramate Private Limited are final and non-refundable.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued — whether in part or full — regardless of the situation, reason, or request.
This includes, but is not limited to:
2.2 The Job Guarantee clause does not imply a refund commitment in case of unsuccessful placement. The guarantee applies in accordance with the eligibility, performance, and participation criteria defined in the Program Terms & Conditions.
2.3 The Company invests substantial resources into training, mentorship, administrative setup, and career preparation from the moment enrollment is confirmed. Therefore, refund requests cannot be entertained under any circumstances.
3.1 Paid fees cannot be transferred to another candidate, batch, or program.
3.2 No adjustments or credits will be provided towards future courses or services offered by the Company.
3.3 Candidates must carefully review the course details, eligibility, and terms before enrollment.
4.1 By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the program details and voluntarily opting in.
4.2 In case of any payment dispute or chargeback initiated with your bank or payment provider, Kramate Private Limited reserves the right to:
4.3 Any chargeback falsely raised without valid proof of non-service shall be treated as a fraudulent claim and may invite civil or criminal action as per applicable law.
5.1 The Company reserves the right to revise or modify its fee structure, payment schedule, or taxation obligations at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Any such changes will be applicable prospectively and not retroactively.
6.1 All payments are subject to applicable GST and statutory taxes as per Indian law.
6.2 A GST invoice will be issued for every payment made.
6.3 Candidates are responsible for ensuring that billing details are correct at the time of payment. No retroactive changes will be made once the invoice is issued.
7.1 In the event of a natural disaster, pandemic, government regulation, or other unforeseen events that disrupt operations, the Company will make reasonable efforts to continue services digitally or reschedule sessions.
7.2 However, such events shall not entitle the candidate to any refund, compensation, or financial adjustment.
