These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the services, programs, and digital platforms offered by Kramate Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) under the brand Job Guarantee Program (“Program”, “Platform”, or “Service”).
By enrolling in the Program, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you (“Candidate”, “Student”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform or enroll in any of our programs.
1.1 Kramate Private Limited is a registered Indian company providing educational training, internships, and guaranteed job placement opportunities under its initiative, Job Guarantee Program.
1.2 These Terms apply to all digital and offline activities associated with the Program, including but not limited to registration, payment, course participation, internship, and placement.
1.3 By proceeding with enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Payment & Refund Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
2.1 To participate in the Job Guarantee Program, the candidate must:
Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if younger.
Possess the required educational qualifications as defined in the course description.
Submit valid and verifiable personal and academic information.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to reject or terminate enrollment if the candidate provides false or misleading information.
3.1 Enrollment is complete only after successful payment of the required fees and submission of all mandatory documents.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3.3 The candidate is responsible for reviewing the course details, fees, and terms before confirming enrollment.
4.1 The Program includes training, mentoring, internship, and job placement assistance as per the chosen course or package.
4.2 The Company may deliver sessions in online, offline, or hybrid formats.
4.3 The schedule, duration, instructors, and course structure may be changed at the Company’s discretion to ensure quality and alignment with industry standards.
4.4 The Company does not guarantee any specific instructor, mentor, or training partner.
5.1 The Job Guarantee applies only to candidates who meet all performance and eligibility criteria, which may include:
Successful completion of training and internship phases.
Maintaining minimum attendance, grades, and participation.
Adherence to code of conduct and timelines.
Passing the final evaluation or placement readiness assessment.
5.2 The guarantee ensures that eligible candidates will be offered at least one job opportunity through Company or partner networks, subject to employer selection processes.
5.3 The Company does not guarantee employment in a specific company, industry, location, or salary package.
5.4 Candidates who fail to comply with Program rules or who voluntarily withdraw will forfeit all rights to the Job Guarantee benefit.
6.1 All payments must be made in full or as per the agreed installment plan before commencement of the Program.
6.2 The Company issues digital invoices for all payments, including applicable GST.
6.3 All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable as per the Payment & Refund Policy.
6.4 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
7.1 The Company maintains a strict No Refund Policy.
Under no circumstances — including dissatisfaction, withdrawal, or non-placement — shall any refund, adjustment, or credit be granted.
7.2 By enrolling, you explicitly agree and understand this clause and waive any right to claim or initiate chargebacks.
Candidates enrolled in the Program are required to:
Attend all sessions, assignments, and evaluations as scheduled.
Maintain discipline, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
Not share, reproduce, or distribute training material without permission.
Ensure compliance with company policies and mentor instructions.
Use the learning portal and communication tools responsibly.
Violation of these obligations may lead to immediate termination without refund or placement eligibility.
9.1 All content, videos, materials, logos, and resources provided under the Job Guarantee Program are the intellectual property of Kramate Private Limited.
9.2 Candidates are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal learning only.
9.3 Unauthorized copying, sharing, or resale of content may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
10.1 Candidates must behave ethically and respectfully toward instructors, peers, and Company representatives.
10.2 Harassment, misconduct, abusive language, or unethical activities will result in immediate suspension or expulsion without refund.
10.3 The Company reserves the right to terminate access to any candidate who violates behavioral or disciplinary norms.
11.1 Candidates consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 The Company may use candidate data for:
Verification and placement processes.
Certification and reporting.
Promotional use (testimonials, success stories, etc.) with consent.
11.3 The Company takes reasonable steps to secure data but shall not be liable for breaches beyond its control, including cyberattacks or third-party failures.
12.1 By registering, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone regarding training schedules, updates, or placement opportunities.
12.2 You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but operational and essential communications cannot be disabled during enrollment.
13.1 Kramate Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of participation in the Program.
13.2 The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the candidate for the specific Program.
13.3 The Company shall not be liable for placement rejections, employer changes, or market conditions affecting job opportunities.
14.1 The Company reserves the right to modify the Program structure, fees, schedule, or curriculum without prior notice to improve quality or adapt to market trends.
14.2 Such changes shall not entitle the candidate to refunds or compensation.
15.1 The Company may terminate a candidate’s enrollment for:
Violation of any policy or clause in these Terms.
Non-payment or breach of agreement.
Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or misconduct.
15.2 Upon termination, the candidate loses all rights to access the Program, certification, or placement support.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, or government restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
